What to Expect:

When you first come in for a treatment, you will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form.  Your massage therapist will then ask you some questions since there are conditions for which treatment may not be appropriate.

For a therapeutic body massage, you will be asked to undress to your comfort level.   Your massage therapist will give you privacy to undress, and you will be fully covered throughout your session except for the area being worked on.

CranioSacral Therapy is typically performed over the clothing. To help the therapist, please wear loose clothing, no jeans.

For a traditional Reflexology treatment, only your lower legs and feet will be worked on.  You will be asked to remove your socks and roll up pants to the knees.  Some people prefer to bring shorts.

Throughout the treatment, you will be asked about the pressure of the treatment.  This is very important.  Too much pressure used will not benefit you.  Please communicate with your therapist.  We want to make sure that the treatment meets your own specific needs.

When the treatment is finished, the therapist will leave the room to wash hands and to allow you some privacy to get re-dressed.  When you are re-dressed, you can open the treatment room door to signal that you are ready to hear about your treatment. Some home care suggestions may be offered at this time to further help you achieve your optimal health.

Payment is to be made after the treatment. Cash, cheque or e-transfers are accepted.
